    We can fill prescriptions with a sphere (SPH) value between -6.00 and +6.00. High-index lenses are recommended in some instances and required if the sphere (SPH) value on your prescription is stronger than -5.00. You may add these lenses to your order at checkout or we will follow up with you if they’re recommended.

High-index lenses are recommended in some instances and required if the combined sphere (SPH) and cylinder (CYL) value on your prescription is stronger than -10.00. You may add these lenses to your order at checkout or we will follow up with you if they’re recommended.

  • My frame broke outside the warranty period, how do I get a replacement frame?

    You can reorder the replacement frame via email orders@pepperproeyes.com. Once you get the replacement frame, just swap the lenses out of the old frame and into the new one. If you have trouble replacing the lenses, most optical shops will assist you for free or a small fee.

  • What do I do if my package was damaged?

    Call us 833.477.6393 and let us know within 5 days of receipt. Save the packaging, we will arrange for the product to be returned and we will replace what was damaged.

  • Do my frames and lenses have a warranty?

  • Can you fill prescriptions with prism correction?

    We can fill prism values up to 6 diopters combined for single-vision, and up to 5 diopters combined for progressives.

  • I have ordered from Pepper ProEyes in the past, my frames are still in good condition but my prescription has changed. Can I send my frames in to have new lenses put in them?

    Absolutely! As long as your frames are in good condition and are free of any stress cracks or broken parts we are happy to put your new prescription in them for you.   • I have my contact lens prescription; can I use it to order glasses?

    No, prescriptions for contacts and glasses are different. You will need a prescription from your doctor that is specific to glasses.

  • Does Pepper ProEyes accept insurance?

    Pepper ProEyes is considered an out-of-network provider. You can apply for reimbursement for your purchase if you have an out-of-network benefit included in your vision insurance plan (most vision insurance plans do). If you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), you can also use that to purchase prescription sunglasses — as long as your FSA or HSA account is affiliated with a major credit card.

  • What is your return policy?

    We have a 30-day, no-questions-asked return or exchange policy for all of our eyewear. If you aren’t satisfied, we can set you up with a full refund or an exchange within 30 days of receipt. Additionally, we have a one-year, no-scratch guarantee for our lenses, and we’ll replace your scratched lenses for free within that timeline. Gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • When can I expect my order?

    The processing time depends on several things: the type of order, whether your order is complete and when you place it. The typical turnaround time is 7 business days.

  • Can I order a gift card?

  • What’s the status of my order?

    To check on the status of an order, sign into your account on pepperproeyes.com using the email address and password you used during checkout. Once you’re signed in, click “Account Dashboard” from the Main Menu account dropdown menu to see your order history and the status of each order.

  • What if I need to change my order?

    We process orders quickly, but we’ll do our best to accommodate any changes to your order. The best way to change or cancel an order is to call us at 833.477.6393, 9 a.m.–5p.m. ET M-F.

  • What do I need to order?

    Before you order, you’ll need a valid eyeglasses prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames. If your doctor did not include your PD on your prescription, you can measure it by following these instructions:

    1. Stand 8 in. away from a mirror.
    2. Hold a ruler against your brow.
    3. Close your right eye then align the ruler’s 0 mm with the center of your left pupil.
    4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye.
    5. The mm line that lines up to the center of your right pupil is your PD.

    TIPS:
    Measure your PD 3-4 times to ensure it’s accurate and consistent.
    Range of Adult PD: 54-74 mm
    Range of Child PD: 43-54 mm

  • What do I do if I am experiencing issues with my prescription?

    Sometimes it takes a few days to adjust to a new pair of glasses, but if you’re having ongoing trouble, give us a call at 833.477.6393, from 9 a.m.–5 p.m. ET M-F.

  • You have frame size small and large, how do I know what size is best for me?

    Compare the size of your current sunglasses to the sizing on ours. Some frames list the eye size and bridge size on the bridge of the nose. Add those numbers together and compare to our sizes listed on the website.

  • Where can I find my frame’s measurements?

    You can find the measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm. The numbers refer to the lens width, bridge width, and temple arm length of your frames. On each product page, the frame measurements are listed, we recommend comparing the measurements of your current glasses to the frame measurements on our website; this will give you an idea for how a pair will fit you.
