Do my frames and lenses have a warranty?
Frames and lenses are covered under independent warranties.
Your frame is covered under a manufacturer’s warranty for one year. This warranty covers defects and breakages that shouldn’t happen under normal use. It won’t cover damage due to obvious neglect or abuse.
Pepper ProEyes lenses are covered for a one-time lens replacement within the first year. The warranty covers surface scratches and defective peeling that can be attributed to normal wear-and-tear.
Can you fill prescriptions with prism correction?
We can fill prism values up to 6 diopters combined for single-vision, and up to 5 diopters combined for progressives.

Does Pepper ProEyes accept insurance?
Pepper ProEyes is considered an out-of-network provider. You can apply for reimbursement for your purchase if you have an out-of-network benefit included in your vision insurance plan (most vision insurance plans do). If you have a flexible spending account (FSA) or health savings account (HSA), you can also use that to purchase sunglasses — as long as your FSA or HSA account is affiliated with a major credit card.

What do I need to order?
Before you order, you’ll need a valid eyeglasses prescription and your pupillary distance (PD). Your PD is the distance in millimeters between your pupils, and helps us center your prescription correctly in your frames. If your doctor did not include your PD on your prescription, you can measure it by following these instructions:
1. Stand 8 in. away from a mirror.
2. Hold a ruler against your brow.
3. Close your right eye then align the ruler’s 0 mm with the center of your left pupil.
4. Look straight then close your left eye and open your right eye.
5. The mm line that lines up to the center of your right pupil is your PD.
Measure your PD 3-4 times to ensure it’s accurate and consistent.
Range of Adult PD: 54-74 mm
Range of Child PD: 43-54 mm
What do I do if I am experiencing issues with my prescription?
If this is a new prescription for you, it can sometimes take a few days to adjust to. If you are having ongoing trouble please give us a call at 833.477.6393.
You have frame size narrow and wide, how do I know what size is best for me?
We have a built-in tool that allows us to estimate what size you will need based on your PD (pupillary distance) measurement. Another good way to check your size is to compare the size of your current sunglasses to our sizing. Some frames list the eye size on the bridge of the nose or on the temple (arm) of the sunglasses.
Where can I find my frame’s measurements?
You can find the measurements printed on the inside of the temple arm or on the nose bridge. The numbers refer to the lens width, bridge width, and temple arm length. Our measurements are listed on each product page.
